She consistently oversaw the entire sales process from the initial contract negotiation to closing. Leveraging this experience and her economics degree, Katy transitioned into the realm of real estate investing and consulting. Having previously held a role specializing in rejuvenating distressed and foreclosed properties, Katy truly understands how to maximize the return on any investment. With this knowledge, she has successfully owned and assisted clients with multiple short-term rental properties driving growth with targeted market research and detail-focused strategy.

Beyond market strategy and real estate sales, Katy’s greatest skill lies in communication and relationship building. She has maintained strong business relationships with clients from Texas, even after relocating to Colorado.
